## Typical outputs

Standard video or audio cassette, where one unit equals up to one recorded hour:

- 1–10 units: EUR 10.00 net / EUR 12.20 including 22% VAT per unit
- 11–25 units: EUR 9.00 net / EUR 10.98 including 22% VAT per unit
- 26–50 units: EUR 8.00 net / EUR 9.76 including 22% VAT per unit
- More than 50 units: EUR 7.00 net / EUR 8.54 including 22% VAT per unit
- Every additional started hour on a cassette counts as another unit
- Professional formats, NTSC and HD recordings may use a different rate because specialist equipment is required

## EU VAT treatment

Private customers and customers without a valid EU VAT number pay the applicable VAT-inclusive price. For qualifying B2B services supplied to a business established in another EU Member State, the studio normally issues an invoice without Slovenian VAT after the customer's EU VAT number has been validated in VIES. The customer accounts for VAT under the reverse-charge procedure. The studio confirms tax treatment before accepting the order; exceptions may apply.

## Order process

1. The customer sends an inquiry with media type, approximate quantity and preferred output. Photographs of labels and media help identify unknown formats.
2. Material is delivered in person by arrangement or sent in a strong package using tracked post/courier.
3. The studio confirms receipt, numbers and inspects the material, and clarifies price, risks and options where necessary.
4. Media is digitized and checked using suitable playback and capture equipment.
5. Files are supplied by secure download or agreed storage medium; originals are returned using the agreed method unless the customer explicitly requests disposal.

- Fragile, mouldy, damaged or rare media may require inspection, cleaning, repair or a revised quotation.
- Only the studio accesses customer recordings; material is not sent to outside processors.
- Working files are deleted from studio computers and disks no later than one month after pickup. Immediate deletion at pickup or longer paid retention can be arranged.
- Damaged tapes are repaired or prepared for safe capture where possible. If repair or digitization is impossible, the customer is informed and unperformed digitization is not charged.
- Indicative turnaround for standard undamaged tapes after arrival: 5 tapes 2–3 working days, 10 tapes 3–5, 20 tapes 5–7 and 50 tapes 12–15. Longer recordings, repairs, specialist formats and busy periods can extend this. These are estimates, not guarantees.
