- Common outputs include MP4, MP3/WAV and JPEG/TIFF delivered by secure download, USB drive, external disk or, by arrangement, DVD/CD.
- Tapes are normally numbered and files named 01.mp4, 02.mp4, etc.; readable cassette labels can be used on request.
- Only the studio accesses customer recordings; work is not outsourced. Originals are always returned unless the customer explicitly requests disposal.
- Working files are deleted from studio computers and disks no later than one month after pickup. Immediate deletion at pickup or longer paid retention can be arranged.
- Standard undamaged tapes have indicative turnaround times after arrival: 5 tapes 2–3 working days, 10 tapes 3–5, 20 tapes 5–7 and 50 tapes 12–15. Longer recordings, repairs, specialist formats and busy periods can extend this.
- Damaged tapes are repaired or prepared for safe capture where possible. If repair or digitization is impossible, the customer is informed and unperformed digitization is not charged.
- Customers pay postage in both directions. The studio does not currently issue automatic shipping labels.
- Standard tape prices and quantity discounts are published as both net and 22% VAT-inclusive amounts.
- Qualifying B2B customers established in another EU Member State may be invoiced without Slovenian VAT after a valid EU VAT number is verified in VIES; exceptions can apply.
